These are some of my hobbies!

Here are a couple of games that I enjoy:

A few channels to check out:

This channel has a lot of solid fundamental cooking advice, but there is a lot of advanced cooking as well. Though be warned, his videos often assume you have a lot of kitchen and fridge/freezer space. Oh, and he does a series of videos about cooking in movies, shows, and cartoons!
This channel has a lot of good techniques and recipes too, though I haven't seen as many of his videos as I have of Babish's. However, unlike Babish, his cooking is a lot less "refined". Low-cost food, late-night munchies recipes, and basic condiment/sauce recipes can be readily found here.
This channel is not just dedicated to cooking, though it is the majority of their content. Very relaxing and informative videos, like if Bob Ross were a historical reenactor. There's some real oddball recipes from back in the 18th century though, and he makes them... though he's a positive kind of person and will find something to compliment about what he's eating, even if it's a plain unsalted cracker.

Some examples of my own cooking:

sausage with german potato salad and green beans + carrots
Italian sausage sauteéd on a cast iron pan with a side of german potato salad and pan-roasted river blend vegetables.
bbq chicken on rice with sauteed onions and red bell peppers
Seared chicken thigh with a glassy-crisp skin smothered in homemade BBQ sauce atop a bed of rice, served with a side of sauteéd onion and red bell pepper.
beef pot roast with carrots and onion and a side of texas toast
Fall-apart tender red wine and honey beef pot-roast with earthy carrots and texas toast.
japanese curry with potatoes, onion, carrot, chicken, and rice
Sweet and spicy Japanese curry with chicken, potatoes, onions, and carrots; served with steamed calrose rice.
pilaf with lemon pepper tilapia fillets and cheddar broccoli
Lemon pepper tilapia fillets served on top of a bed of chicken pilaf and with a side of cheddar broccoli.
a meatloaf panini sandwich
A savory-sweet slice of meatloaf panini pressed between two crunchy thick slices of homemade bread.
